Pacific College

Pacific College has great respect for the men and women who serve our country, as well as the family members that support them. As a token of gratitude, Pacific College offers a scholarship to active duty, retired, reserve, spouse and children of military personnel. This scholarship can be applied to any of Pacific College’s programs. Below are the requirements:

 

O Pacific College Military Allied Health Scholarship:

 

Pacific College has established a scholarship that is available for active, retired, reservist military personnel as well as, their spouses and children. This scholarship ranges between $3,150 - $5,000.

 

Qualifications for this scholarship are the following:

 

· You must be a US citizen and reside in California.

· You must be enrolled in an Allied Health program offered at Pacific College in Costa Mesa, California

· You must be at least 17 years of age

· You must be a high school graduate or GED holder from an accredited school

· You must write a 1-2 page essay explaining why you want to work in the Allied Health industry, what specific career goal you have, what your goals are after obtaining your diploma or certificate and what sets you apart from other candidates for this scholarship. (Examples include what motivates or encourages you or what obstacles you have faced). This essay will be written on site and proctored at Pacific College in Costa Mesa, CA.

· You must meet California’s educational requirements for entry into an Allied Health program.

· You must provide a military ID as proof of affiliation

 

Award Deadlines and Dates:

Scholarships are awarded monthly. Each applicant must meet all scholarship requirements two weeks prior to the program of interest start date. Scholarships can only be used at Pacific College located at 3160 Red Hill Ave. Costa Mesa, CA. 92626. Scholarships will be awarded by the president of the college after qualifications have been reviewed by the scholarship committee.
